When you love the location you’re at and are happy with your space, yet your house just doesn’t suit your changing needs, it takes a special project to retain everything you love while getting everything you need. The clients spent a long time making sure the design was right and so when they appointed a builder they wanted to make sure the builder could meet their expectations. By taking the roof off and raising the walls slightly it allowed them to get a complete upper floor and hence double their useable space.

 

As you can see no part of the house was left untouched and yet we really feel they stamped their own mark on it.
